About

About me

I’ve sensed the shift, just like you. AI has moved from future possibility to current reality. It’s changing how we work.

But I’ve learned there’s more to it than just using ChatGPT. AI coding tools can multiply your effectiveness. They’ve done that for me. That’s what I want to share with you here.

My goal is simple: show business leaders how to use AI coding strategically. I want to help ambitious non-technical professionals harness these tools. This isn’t about becoming a programmer overnight. It’s about moving from the AI sidelines to confidently building, automating, and solving problems.

Q: So, what is this space truly about, from your perspective?

A: I’ve created this as a practical guide to strategic AI coding for business professionals. While “vibe coding” lets anyone generate code through natural language, I focus on how business leaders can apply this strategically using tools like Cursor, Claude Code, Lovable, Bolt.new, and others.

This is for business leaders, operators, marketers, and strategists. For professionals who aren’t switching careers to software engineering but want to build solutions, automate processes, and bring ideas to life.

I share which tools work best for specific business tasks. And how AI coding can make you more effective. My aim is to make this capability feel accessible and useful for you.

Q: Why focus so heavily on AI-assisted coding? Isn’t AI mostly about chatbots?

A: I find ChatGPT useful for many things. But I believe AI coding is where business professionals find real competitive advantage. It’s the ability to rapidly prototype, create custom automations, and build digital assets without traditional wait times or budget constraints.

Here’s what I mean: Last month, I used Cursor to build a custom lead scoring system for our sales team. Normally, this would require weeks of back-and-forth with developers. I built it in two afternoons.

Understanding this means you’re not just using AI in a general sense. You’re directing it to build tangible value. It’s about moving from prompting to actively building with business intent.

Q: Who are you hoping to reach? How do I know if your experience will resonate with me?

A: I’m writing for professionals in non-engineering roles. If you’re in operations, marketing, sales, finance, strategy, project management, or you’re an entrepreneur, this is for you.

My content helps if you’re:

My approach isn’t about quick hacks. It’s about building real capabilities that deliver results.

Q: You use the term “competitive advantage.” What does that mean to you?

A: I’m talking about developing skills that aren’t common yet. For me, this means using AI coding to:

Example: I automated our client onboarding process using Cursor and some basic web tools. What used to take our team 3 hours per client now takes 20 minutes. That’s 2.5 hours back per client.

My goal is to help you navigate this landscape with confidence. It’s about enabling your potential, not promising quick wins.

Q: What’s the ultimate outcome you envision for people who engage with your content?

A: I want you to experience a shift:

Empowerment: The feeling that you can build, automate, and tackle technical challenges that seemed out of reach.

The Builder’s Satisfaction: That deep satisfaction that comes from creating useful things from scratch. I’ve found this incredibly rewarding.

Strategic Capability: Starting to view AI as part of your strategic thinking, not just another tool.

Confidence: The confidence that you’re actively leveraging AI’s more powerful applications to forge your own path.

I want you to feel ahead of the curve. Not because of some secret, but because you’ve embraced a powerful new way of working.

Q: What makes your perspective distinct in this rapidly evolving AI space?

A: My perspective comes from my journey. I’m not a lifelong engineer. My background is business—operations, strategy, bringing products to market.

I discovered AI coding’s power somewhat unexpectedly. I needed to be more effective and solve problems more directly. As someone who was “non-technical” for most of my career, I personally experienced that empowerment when you unlock the ability to build and automate. It changed how I approach challenges.

This isn’t theory for me. It’s applied experience. I focus on bridging the gap between casual “vibe coding” and practical business application. I share insights that are actionable, not just informational.

It’s less about teaching you how to use a particular tool. More about sharing why AI coding matters and what you can achieve with it for measurable business impact.

A Little About Me (Aaron Nam)

I’m Aaron Nam. For most of my career, I’ve focused on building and scaling businesses. Currently, I serve as a Chief Operating Officer at Dynapt Inc., which means I’m always looking for practical ways to make things work better.

My path has included roles in go-to-market strategy, partnerships, product development, and business operations with companies like Bain & Company, Google, Johnson & Johnson, and Adobe. I’ve also experienced startup life, serving as a Chief Business Officer and co-founding my own venture.

My dive into AI coding wasn’t part of some grand plan. It grew from wanting to be more effective in my roles and find more direct ways to solve problems. As someone without a traditional technical background, I was surprised by the empowerment that came when I learned to build and automate with these tools. It changed my perspective on what’s possible.

On a personal note, my Christian faith is the foundational part of who I am. It shapes a belief that our work finds its richest meaning when we use our gifts to serve and empower others—a perspective I find in writers like Timothy Keller and John Mark Comer. My hope for this platform is an expression of that: to share what I’ve learned in a way that is authentic and genuinely helpful as you navigate your own path in this era.
